30-day returns
Unopened, resalable products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us with your order number to start — we’ll issue a return authorization and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, wrong or short, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We replace it immediately at no cost — no return shipping required. This is the situation our guarantee exists for.
Refund timing
- Refunds issued within 3–5 business days of return receipt
- Banks may take a further 2–5 days to display the credit
- Original payment method only
- Shipping fees refunded when the issue is ours
Exchanges
Prefer a different product? Unopened items can be exchanged within 30 days — we charge or refund any price difference and ship the swap as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.
The fine print
No restocking fees, ever. Opened products can’t be returned for hygiene reasons unless there’s a quality issue — in which case, contact us and we’ll make it right. Full policy questions are answered in our returns FAQ.
